Alexandra was a great and responsive host. Her home was wonderful, as advertised. All of the local restaurant recommendations were perfect as well. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful!! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It was close enough to town that it only took a few minutes to get to downtown to eat every evening and yet it was very private. We cooked breakfast every morning, fished during the day and ate out in the evenings. I love how the yard and the porch is set up so you can enjoy the outside area if you like. We had plenty of room to park the boat and felt safe about it. There was water and electricity near the boat parking which was a big plus. We love to vacation in this area and fish and will definitely be returning to Suzanne’s place.

We had a lovely vacation on the Cape and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of Karen and Deane’s house. The location was great and we loved walking the boardwalk to nearby Selinas Park and on to the lovely Gulf beach. Nearby Port St Joe offered many amenities as did nearby Apalachicola. We stayed with our dog and found the whole area super dog friendly. This part of Florida is relatively quiet and not as built up as other southern cities. It had a very casual vibe. Even though we had a few unforeseen plumbing issues over the three weeks of our stay, the hosts were responsive to the problems and had them taken care of in a timely manner. We hope to be back to the Cape one day!

We LOVED our stay here!! It was even better than we’d expected! The house was super clean and had everything perfect for our stay! Loved having access to a golf cart and the bikes were used daily!! The host made check in and check out super easy..overall it was an amazing few days in a house that felt like home!! It was my first visit to Windmark and won’t be my last!

This home had every thing for our stay and more. Very clean and accommodating! Super Hist Kate was extremely friendly and always available for questions. This was my first time in Port Saint Joe and we loved our stay. Wish there were more sunny days to enjoy the beach but the stay was as close to perfect as possible. Super host Kate is AMAZING!!

First time visiting Florida, This home and location was perfect. Everything is close to inhance your stay and come with all the accessories to make a perfect stay. Darin & Allissa were very helpful & even gave places to visit & eat. ( so helpful for fisrt time visit. Will be back.

We had a great stay here with our two fur babies. The house is cute and charming. Take note that the bay beach is across a pretty busy two lane road and the beach area is small there. However you can drive to cape San blas or Mexico beach in about 10 minutes. Port st joe is so nice and quiet, just don’t expect lots of choices for food 😊 communication with the host was easy.

This is a great house, with a great location. The beach was not crowded and the neighborhood is very walkable. We loved all the porches and the kitchen was very well stocked. We will definitely be back!!
