Two bedroom, two bath condo with a stunning ocean view, in a low-density complex. Dedicated parking spot, right next to the elevator. This is a NON-SMOKING, pet-free property, accommodating up to 4 adults, and additional 2 children. Beach service (April-Oct 1) - 2 Chairs/umbrella. King master is on the Gulf. Second king bedroom has access to the 2nd bath. Mexico Beach is a charming coastal community - a hidden gem that offers natural beauty, outdoor activities, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Lovely 2-BR Rental Suite in Port St. Joe

Enjoy "Old Florida" - the heart of charming Port St. Joe. Convenient; just blocks to our beautiful bay, shops & dining. Short hop to Mexico Beach & the Cape. The Mermaid Suite was crafted from 2nd & 3rd BRs in my home; separate like a duplex. BR has king bed, chair, TV. Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, futon sofa (twin 2nd bed), pub table, chairs. Full bath. Unique decor. Original art. Private entry & porch with stairs. Park onsite. No smoking on property, please.

Beachfront The VUE Mexico Beach Condo

Three bedroom, two bath, corner unit on the first floor of the complex The Vue. Our gulf view condo is located in one of the very few ocean front complexes in Mexico Beach. The primary bedroom is very spacious with a king bed, all your linens, and attached to a large primary bathroom with a walk in closet, walk in shower, and twin sleeper sofa. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds and share a second bathroom. Pull out queen sleeper sofa in living room. Hot tub and pool on roof top.

NOW Pet friendly!! (Limit 2 pets) Additional fee applies. Be advised that Mexico Beach is NOT a pet friendly beach. Entire condominium at Waterside Village! Newly remodeled from hurricane Michael. Beautiful view of pool and canal from the balcony! 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Perfect for a family or 2 couples. Very short walk to beach. Best pool in Mexico Beach! Must be 25 years old to book. Day dock is available for boats but per HOA rules you can't park boat and/or trailer in parking lot.

Walk to the Beach at Beacon Hill

Spacious ground level apartment located less than a half mile from the sugary white sands of Honor Walk Park at Beacon Hill. This part of the beach is perfect with its public boardwalk access to a wide-open area that has a private feel. A short stroll to the access, or drive and park right next to it. The Park includes pickleball courts, a playground, covered picnic tables, and an amazing Veteran’s monument. Minutes from a variety of restaurants and shops in Mexico Beach and PSJ.

Nothing closer to the water than this one! Brand new rebuild after hurricane Michael. Just a few feet from the water's edge. Breathtaking views. Spectacular Sunsets. Enjoy the sound of the waves while watching dolphins and sea gulls on the beach. Nothing closer to the beach than this. This is the very top unit (floor 4) of a 3 unit property. Two bedrooms, one and half bath with elevator. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, grill stations/outdoor patio.

Come down to the Gulf and just relax in this fully furnished apartment. Includes Queen bed, full kitchen, full bath, full washer & dryer, dishwasher, Queen Sleeper Sofa with memory foam, dining area plus bar area, and lots of amenities. Just a 1/2 block from the beach with gorgeous sunsets. Just come to relax and not worry about anything. **Fulltime tenants live above the apartment, so please respect their space and be mindful to the noise level.**
