We call our tiny cottage "Heartland" because it was created as a quiet, cozy place for rest and refuge. Heartland sits on our half acre property separated from our house and is surrounded by lovely natural beauty in our charming neighborhood right by the water. You can walk to our historic town green, Guilford Marina, Chittenden Park, Jacob's Beach, and the Train station. We are a family of four and welcome peaceful, friendly and respectful guests to our Cozy CT Shoreline Cottage.
