Sublime riad dans la médina. Une porte dérobée nous conduit dans cet établissement. C’est à couper le souffle , un havre de paix au milieu du souk. Emplacement parfait et proche de tout, un service 5 étoiles , un séjour inoubliable pr les 40 ans de mon épouse. Nous étions 15, des suites les unes plus belles que les autres. Je conseille à tous de prendre le couscous préparer pr le personnel de Aziz. Un grand merci à toi Aziz, pour ce Séjour inoubliable.

We had the most amazing time staying here! Latifa and her husband Mohammed were so incredibly kind, very considerate and responsive. The villa was spectacular, plenty of space and very clean. The photos do not do this place enough justice, it’s even better in real life! It is in a good location, short drive away from major attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much Latifa and Mohammed :)

Tout était parfait durant notre séjour. Très bon emplacement tout est accessible à pied et les excursions proposées par le Riad simplifie l’organisation de la semaine. L’accueil avec Abdelilah est très appréciable et il est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos attentes et nos questions. Ghizlaine nous a régalé avec ses bons plats typiques, ses petits déjeuners et ses délicates attentions. Merci également à Romain d’être très réactif à nos demandes. Nous retournerons avec plaisir chez AZ RIAD a Marrakech.

This riad was the perfect home base for our trip to Morocco. It’s beautifully designed with high ceilings, spacious rooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The rooftop hot tub and glass ceiling are great touches. The highlight of our stay was Nadia—she prepared breakfast every morning and kept the house spotless. Her hospitality made our trip even more special. A few tips for future travelers: avoid driving, as traffic is hectic and the riad is located in a narrow alley inaccessible by car. Also, consider getting a local Orange SIM card, as data service drops off once you leave the house. Overall, the home was immaculate and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!

Très beau Riad, agréable à vivre pour un séjour reposant loin du bruit et pourtant au cœur de la médina. Matthieu est un hôte proactif, très à l’écoute. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a fait profiter de sa connaissance de la ville par ses recommandations des choses à voir, faire ou déguster. Tout a été organisé de A à Z pour notre arrivée (prise en charge de l’aéroport jusqu’au Riad). Maintenant, la cerise sur le gâteau : FATIMA. Cette femme est une perle. Toujours disponible, aux petits soins pour les résidents, d’une gentillesse extrême, douce, généreuse et bienveillante, elle rayonne dans sa cuisine. Ses petits plats sont juste excellents et très copieux (même le petit déjeuner est pantagruélique). De plus, elle n’a pas hésité à prendre sur son temps pour nous accompagner dans les souks et nous recommander où acheter telle ou telle chose. Et en même temps si discrète quand elle est là.

We stayed in Yolande and Corinne’s riad with three kids (10, 7 and 3) and we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back another time. Seems a bit hard to find at first, but we had no issues at all. Great communication and all the help and recommendations we needed. We had dinner cooked for us in the riad an evening, which was amazing, and we can definitely recommend doing that if you want to stay in to get a break from the medina and all the impressions of Marrakech. Everything seems within walking distance as well, so that was easy and perfect. Thank you for our stay! :)

Excellent stay . The host was friendly and gave us clear instructions on how to get to the place . The Jacuzzi had a blown pipe upon arrival that the host sent someone to fix next day as well as clean the pool. The place is definitely worth checking out as it’s conveniently located near the center of town. Will definitely come again.

We are a party of 5 between 15 and 82 years and the Dar suited us all perfectly. There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, one on the ground floor, all with en-suites. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very charming, with a gorgeous roof terrace, where breakfast is served. Location is central - very near Pikala bicycles - recommend to go there and do a bike tour of the city. We had nice food and drinks at Les Jardins du lotus, also nearby. If you have a car (we drove from elsewhere) parking is available next to pikala bikes where attendants charged 200dhms for 2 nights to park on the road - we just agreed but check if that is the right option and agree a price to transfer luggage to the Dar beforehand. The Dar was a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Very stylish and chic and the host was very communicative. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, we loved it and would have sampled some of the food on offer if we stayed longer!

Villa très propre, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa. La piscine est assez grande et sans vis a vis, située dans un emplacement sécurisé avec gardien. L’assistant est très accueillant. C’est encore mieux que sur les photos. Merci

This was our 3rd stay here and it was better than ever! Truly exceptional. It’s like a little paradise and we really did have the best stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and made our stay even better - being on hand with any questions or queries and even helped booking in my massages at the property. We were really sad to leave but I know we will be back again for the 4th time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Seriously, anyone reading my review, please don’t hesitate to book Riad Madame. From the start Catherine & Christian were so responsive to all our enquiries and all their instructions and advice were invaluable. The Riad is off the scale “stunning”! As with so many properties it’s never quite as the images suggest, this absolutely is and more! Abdul met us at the taxi drop off point where all our bags were transported on a barrow to the Riad. Immediately you are amongst the hustle & bustle of the small lanes lined with shops. A short stroll and then a right turn down an arched alleyway into calm & complete quiet, an easy, very short walk to a beautiful wooden door in a wall and the wonders once you go in! Christian & Catherine were there to meet us and we chatted through restaurant recs and where to go and what to do, do take their advice, everywhere we ate was FABULOUS! Dar Dar rooftop restaurant A MUST. Thank you both so much, Nadia & Abdul such a delight. Not enough review space! X

C’est une magnifique villa est spacieuse et possibilité de faire un petit barbecue. Les 4 chambres sont confortables et toutes ont une salle bain /toilettes à disposition ce qui très très pratique quand on est nombreux. La Clim est dans toute les chambres et fonctionnelle. Une terrasse non équipée est aussi disponible sur le toit( sauf étendoir), on a pu y observer le lever du soleil. Il y a une personne sur place que l’on peut contacter pour ce qui pourrait manquer serviettes, mis en fonction du jacuzzi qui d’ailleurs est très agréable et spacieux. Il y a 2 resto/café, une pharmacie, une clinique, mosquée à 5-10 min à pied et à 20 min à pied environ une grand avenue il y a aussi des restos je vous conseille « monquotidien ».

Très bon séjour . Emplacement très reposant, loin de la ville. Un petit havre de paix . L’hôte s’est montré très réactif à nos différentes demandes. Je recommande !

This accommodation is even more impressive than the beautiful pictures depict. Very attentive staff with Rachid, Habiba and Sameera and Mustafa. The location is 15-20mins outside Marrakech city and these staff make you feel welcomed. The grounds are equally charming with olive, orange trees, blossoming flowers and animals. The food cooked at the accommodation should you request is delicious and homely. Was definitely a great find for a family like ours with 3 generations to cater for.

Excellent stay for the price we paid which was about 3700 for 2 nights. We felt like Royalty. A lot of great eateries nearby. The Mansion is huge with a lot of rooms with attached bathrooms. Everything is as clean and tidy.
