Feel at home at this old gem converted to a relaxing modern staycation in this calm, stylish space. Our humble home is old but styled with contemporary touches here & there. It’s an aged building but we manage to furnish almost everything with new furnitures to suite young trendy guests. You & your family will like it, its superb location at Merr will get you minutes away to restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, even malls. It has some old stains but we’ll try to polish it time after time.

Senyaman dirumah sendiri

Sebuah hunian yg berlokasi di perbatasan kota Surabaya-Sidoarjo, hanya beberapa menit ke UPN, stasiun kereta api, tol tambak sumur & bandara juanda. Semua kamar pribadi cocok untuk 4 orang namun bisa dimaksimalkan hingga 5 orang dan setiap kamar tidur memiliki AC & 1 toilet umum dengan pemanas air. Di lingkungan rumah ini terdapat fasilitas kolam renang & lapangan olahraga (futsal, voli & basket) serta kolam pemancingan ikan diluar area komplek perumahan yg bisa ditempuh dalam waktu 6 menit.

A cozy and safe place 2 km from the airport with all the essentials. The house is in the one-gate system residence with 24 hours security in the gate. We have 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, air conditioners in each bedroom, wardrobe, cozy living room with sofabed and TV, simple dining table or workspace, wifi, refrigerator, ceiling fan, cooling fan, mini kitchen with essentials, one bathroom, laundry room, nice terrace with fresh garden and free car park.
