Muy buena ubicación, accesible a todos los servicios, cerca de la peatonal y hermosas plazas, departamento impecable, muy cómodo, climatizado excelente, con un hermoso hogar de losa radiante, nos sentimos como en casa. La atención y predisposición de su anfitrión lucas fue excelente, estuvo para todas nuestras inquietudes , muy atento y servicial. Lugar altamente recomendable

Definitivamente un lugar de revista para alojarse. La atención a los detalles, la limpieza y la comodidad lo hacen ideal para pasar días en Mendoza. Agradezco a Micaela por siempre atender a cualquier duda. El sector muy tranquilo y seguro. Gracias !!!!

I ended up staying 6 weeks at Matías' place, doing home office. The depa has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The double bed in the main bedroom is massive! At moment of writing there's one more depa in the same building. Communication was really good, Matias checked in with me regularly to see if I needed anything. The place is a bit out of the center but that is no problem at all, since there's shops, a supermarket, restaurants and bars arouns the corner. Also there's a bus stop a few meters away in the same block. When returning to Mendoza I would definitely stay here again!

El apta es hermoso, sumamente acogedor, y accesible a todos los lugares céntricos. María Eugenia sumamente amigable, atenta, disponible. Volvería siempre a esta lugar y lo recomiendo 100%

The apartment is perfectly clean, warm, modern, and even more spacious than in the photos, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. We appreciated the large smart TV and the well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom is cleverly separated by sliding doors, offering excellent privacy and quiet. The one-story character of the area, along with glimpses of the nearby mountain, adds an authentic touch. The location itself is actually a real advantage over the noisier, more central parts of the city. We stayed for two weeks and loved every moment. Several good supermarkets and cafes are within easy reach, making daily living convenient. Roxana and her sister Isabel are, without a doubt, the most exceptional hosts we've encountered in Argentina. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment—not only for its safety and tranquility, but above all for the rare kindness, punctuality, and care shown by Roxana and Isabel.

Si pudiera dar 6 estrellas, lo haría. Sabrina fue muy atenta con todas las atenciones y necesidades que fueron surgiendo durante mi estadía, su respuesta fue rápida y el departamento cumple con todo lo mencionado. Es cómodo y acogedor. Habiendo visitado varias veces Mendoza, jamás he tenido problemas respecto a la seguridad, pero siempre es recomendable ser prudentes y no manejarse a altas horas de la noche sin cuidado. Pese a esto, el departamento es muy seguro, se encuentra al interior de una cede cerrada que no causa preocupaciones de ningún tipo. Céntrico, con muchos locales y panoramas al alcance. ¡Recomendable para quienes quieran pasar días en Mendoza!
