Apartment 107 for rent in "Praga Apartments"

Parks, shopping Malls, places to drink, eat and dance just few blocks away, very easy to catch a taxi. Very charming and well decorated apartment, close to North, downtown and south of Guayaquil. The apartment is good for couples, business travelers and family with kids. People can also enjoy a very nice gym, a spa and sauna. We also have a pergola with a nice garden just right in front of it. You'll feel the difference comparing with other choices. We're sure you won't want to leave our place.

Suite in Guayaquil with amazing garden

The suite is completely independent, with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. It has a wide garage and an amazing garden. Nearby you will find grocery stores, supermarket, and mall. As it is a residential zone is very quiet. If you like nature, Isla Santay is near, you can get there walking 15 min. By car, airport is 15 min away and downtown 10 min. Main bus lines (Metrovía) has stations 5 min by foot and other secondary lines, at the corner.
