River Rd is minutes away. Concerts w/ Willie, Miranda & ZZ Top often performing nearby at White Water Amphitheater. Watch deer graze while rocking on your front porch. Charming cabin on the Guadalupe river

Listed as one of "Ten Great Vacation Rentals Vetted by Texas Monthly Writers", this is a peaceful, cozy 1930's waterfront cottage. The expansive back yard leads to your private Lake Dunlap shoreline. Our new boat house is ideal for kayaking, swimming, and lounging the day away on the top deck. Kayaks and many other amenities included. Pet friendly.
