Designed for comfort and convenience, it features centralized air conditioning and heating with filtered air, as well as soundproof windows to ensure a peaceful environment at any time of the day. The building offers exclusive access to luxury amenities, including a private cinema, a children's area, a coworking space, a fully equipped gym, a spacious terrace, a seasonal pool (June- August), and private parking. The entrance of the apartment connects to the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
