Lovely studio, very close to the beach!

Precioso estudio en primera linea de playa con unas vistas increíbles. Appartement front de mer de 100 m2 avec 2 grandes chambres à coucher. Lits 160 /200 Refait à neuf. Très fonctionnel et agréable. 4 eme étage avec ascenseur. Face à la plage aménagée avec restaurants, transat et paillote. En plein centre ville, à 3 min de la gare routière et du tram vers l'aéroport (35 mn, 3€) et le centre de Malaga (45 mn, 3,5 €). Los Ventanales, our classic 19th century two-bedroom apartment located in the very vibrant Old Town Malaga, between Calle Nueva and Calle Larios. Vibrant and central location. Partly renovated, retains its original Juliet balconies with large windows and high ceilings, creating a bright and sunny space, offering a great view of the San Juan Church. The apartment is in the middle of everything: shops, restaurants, sightseeing and a 15-minute walk to the beach.
