Shangri-La golf, 10th floor custom PH style w/giant TVs, kids games/books & views from the balcony of lake & golf course w/ walking trails, golf cart trails, rooftop lounging w/amazing lake view, Jet ski rentals…boat rentals…a wonderful bar and game room for adults and kids, including whiffle ball court, pickle ball court, basketball courts, tennis courts, 12 and under fishing hole from the dock, and an “Incredible Pizza/Main Event” style gaming facility—upscale resort facilities.

This condo is located in the heart of Shangri-La Resort and on 7-mile Golf Cart Trail that connects 9 bars and restaurants on Monkey Island. Only 1/4 mile away from the Resort, The Anchor, 27–hole golf course and the brand new Par-3 Battlefield at Shangri-La golf course. Golf cart rental , Party Bus and Black XL Shuttle service available upon request (additional fee). Private pool and cabana (seasonal).

Newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and attached 2 car garage. Master w/king size bed, 2 bedroom w/full size bunk beds. Cable TV wifi and pool. Walking distance to Tera Miranda Marina & Quarter Deck Cafe and public boat ramp . Minutes to the New Shang-ri-la Resort and so much more.
