Apartment Ami

This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. You are welcome

Villa are on private property with a olive garden, flower grove and swimming pool by a beach. Access to the beach is by stairs directly from the garden. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a separate bedroom, and a large covered terrace. Villa and Apt. are ideal for families or people who want a quiet, relaxing holiday. Nest42 is a cozy waterfront house nested on 630m2 of garden oasis, perfect getaway for two persons that want to chill in shade of trees or take a dip in the sea. House was designed in 70s by famous architect from Split Frane Gotovac so it has unique design compared to other houses in Slatine. In 2019 after renovation it is available to couples or friends who want to escape and have a vacation just for two.
