Location mozzafiato, appena entrati nel loft siamo rimasti a bocca aperta.. ogni finestra è un quadro! Arredamento essenziale e di design, cucina super attrezzata e letti molto comodi. La stufa a legna ha scaldato le nostre serate e reso l’atmosfera rilassante e magica. Consigliamo di esplorare anche i dintorni dell’alloggio nel paese. Esperienza decisamente positiva che ha reso il nostro weekend ancora più magico. 🇨🇭🏔️

We love the view so much and it’s very cozy, clean and well equipped like home. The price is very reasonable. 6 people to share are perfect! The host is very responsive and kind to help us to check in and out. Wish we can come again next time!

Five stars!!! We absolutely loved our stay here! Our host was so gracious, kind, helpful and responsive - and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay!. The place itself has the most stunning location (right on the lake front), with a gorgeous, large terrace to really soak up all the views and atmosphere. The apartment was very spacious, pristine (spotlessly clean!), and comfortable - with a fully equipped kitchen. The thoughtfulness of our host was evident with all the attention to detail in the furnishings and in a kind welcome pack. Parking was also conveniently available in front of the property. We would love to come back!

This apartment is part of a complex comprising 7 buildings, and 710-1 is on the 5th floor of 'Haus 7'. It has a great view of Lake Silvaplana and the mountains from the corner balcony, where you can sit outside if the weather is warm. There's a nice spacious living area and two decent-sized bedrooms with lots of cupboards and storage space for coats, boots, etc. If your vehicle is less than 1.98m high then you will be able to use an underground parking space that is very convenient for the lift, which will take you directly up to the apartment level. If your vehicle is too high, the reception will direct you to free public parking 5 mins walk away. But you can still drive up to the reception for unloading and loading. The building is well equipped with a laundry room and cleaning room. There's a lockable bike room by reception with plenty of space. And although we stayed in summer, there's also lots of ski/boot storage in the complex. Do explore all the walking and biking options! And lots of free/cheap buses to get around. Wonderful area and we really enjoyed our 11 nights in the apartment.

A comfortable, clean and cozy apartment. Has everything a family needs for a week-long stay and more. Beautiful view over Davos. Great location. The house is situated right above the Parsennbahn valley station (almost "ski-out"), within walking distance of the train station and a bus stop, 15 minutes by foot away from the family-friendly Bünda ski lift. Hohe Promenade (hikeable in winter, too) starts right behind the house. Our kids loved the swimming pool and the playroom (shared with all tenants). We were late for the check-in as our train got cancelled, but the keyholder kindly waited for us at the reception. Thank you! If you (like us) arrive by public transport: the house is on a hillside, some 20 meters above the train station Davos Dorf. And the reception is even higher uphill. If you have heavy luggage, maybe take a taxi (it's just a 1-minute ride), or leave your luggage at the lower entrance (in the garage/parking) and get your keys at the reception first.

Appartement très bien situé pour les lacs de silvaplana et saint moritz, très propre et bien équipé, pas de bruit dans la résidence et facilité de stationnement. Merci

Mooi appartement in nieuw appartementencomplex, van alle gemakken voorzien en met gratis parkeren in de garage onder het complex. Er is een verwarmd buitenzwembadje en mooie sauna bij het complex. Wij vonden het een erg leuke tussenstop op weg naar huis vanaf Italië (en hebben zo meteen de Gotthard tunnel ontweken). Hou er rekening mee dat je in Zwitserland nog ca €5,- per persoon per dag toeristenbelasting moet betalen.

Gute Unterkunft zwischen Dorf und Platz. Unterkunft hat alles was es braucht, wenn auch etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Schade dass kein Parkplatz vorhanden aber in Gehdistanz hat es mehrere.

we had a fantastic time. interaction with interhome and the local keyholder is never easy because communication with keyholder is not done with the airbnb app but usually with external e-mail or phone (so you communicate with interhome agent trough the app; and parallel you try to establish contact with local keyholder through other channels). check in once connection is established works well. payment of local tax is not organized and the work in order to pay it is passed on the guest - local taxes should be included in the air bnb fee.... appartement perfect. location perfect we had a wonderful spring holiday in locarno. kind regards christian
