A beautiful and cozy home nestled in the Forest Hills section of Greenwood Lake, just over an hour outside of New York City. Boasting nearby activities in each season, including wineries, skiing and lake activities, this is a perfect year-round retreat. located 1/2 mile from our quiet community beach allows for a serene daily chill by the water. Private Riverfront, Amazing Views, Wildlife, Sauna

Hand-built in the '70's, this unique log home has been lovingly restored with style. Located on a sweeping bend of the Delaware, Broad Arrows offers unrivaled views and peace in nature regardless of the season. In summer grill on the deck, swim, canoe or fly fish. In the evenings enjoy river sunsets or enjoy our Finnish sauna followed by a refreshing dip in the river. In fall and winter enjoy the many local hiking trails or ski-hills. A truly remarkable place to take time out and reconnect.

"Cabinessence" on Greenwood Lake, 60 mi from NYC

"Cabinessence" is Year Round Comfort in a Chestnut Cabin by Greenwood Lake with a little touch of "glamping". Hiking, biking, strolling, paddle boarding, kayaking , canoeing. Restaurants, shopping, Drive-in movies, antiquing in nearby Warwick. Fall color, apple picking, gas fireplace (in season). Winter, ski, snowboard, tubing. Spring is watching the natural world wake up :) Hanging at the cabin- year round- is special here! Every season has its magic! ( + Covid Enhanced cleaning!)
