Quiet Woodland Apartment is a remodeled basement apartment. We are situated on eight acres of woods two miles from downtown Greenville. Shenango Reservoir and Recreation Area, Pymatuning and Goddard State parks are fifteen to twenty minutes away. Thiel College and St. Paul’s Retirement Community are also only three miles, and downtown Greenville is two miles away. Private entry and parking space, a fully functioning kitchen and comfortable living space adds to the charm of this location.

Relax and enjoy our beautiful, newly built home located in the center of Mercer County. We are equidistant from both Pittsburgh and Erie. The home is close to Lake Wilhelm where you can enjoy hiking, biking on the bike trail, kayaking, or taking in a beautiful sunset. Thiel, Westminster, and Grove City Colleges are a short drive. There are a few great coffee shops close by, as well as Wilhelm Winery, and numerous restaurants. The Grove City Premium Outlet Mall is a short 20 minute drive.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is a perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
