The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

Welcome to the Hip House on High. We offer a cozy, mod decor and comfortable 2 bedroom home with extra pull out couch for 2. Take a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Yellow Springs with over 65 distinctive shops and galleries. Enjoy local fare at restaurants and cafes. Yellow Springs hosts festivals, art openings, theatre, live music and more. Surrounded by 2000 acres of woodland and rivers edge hiking trails in Glen Helen, John Bryan State Park and Clifton Gorge. Every visit is a new adventure!

Central & Shady Location! Location! Location!

Yellow Springs is a welcoming community to all races, cultures, sexual orientations. This is a comfortable, clean, old-fashioned home (quintessential YS), two blocks from downtown. It is a lived in home at the times Airbnb guests are not visiting. The neighborhood pleasant, quiet and safe. A separate small family apartment is attached to the Airbnb, similar to a duplex. Soundproofing between units maintains privacy. Please respect my home and neighborhood. No loud partying or loud music.

The Red House — modern & inviting! 1 mi from CU

The Red House is a newly-remodeled home located about 1 mile from Cedarville University. This is a stunning and unique home you can have all to yourself! Comfortably sleeps 7 guests. You’ll love the spiral staircase and loft, fully-equipped kitchen, luxurious king-size bed & cozy living room! We also have 2 Roku TVs with Netflix capability and cable channels. There are several outdoor spaces to relax; the back yard leads to a large fishing hole along Massie Creek. This house truly has it all!

Our newly updated home is conveniently located just minutes from Yellow Springs, Clifton, neighboring Glen Helen Nature Preserve, and John Bryan State Park. Enjoy a cup of coffee or evening drink on the back deck overlooking our beautiful family farm often teaming with deer! Take in all that Yellow Springs offers from art galleries and unique shops to restaurants and breweries. We encourage you to visit Young's Jersey Dairy for putt-putt golf, a driving range, farm animals, and ice cream!!

Air Force Museum Getaway! WPAFB & Downtown too...

The best place to stay when visiting the National Air Force Museum. It's open year round, entrance is free, and you even can walk there if you want :) You will also be very close to all the Wright Patterson AFB entrances and only 5 minutes to Wright State University, only 10 minutes to the Nutter Center (for watching various shows) and Downtown Dayton - including the Oregon District, University of Dayton, Schuster Center, Miami Valley Hospital, and others. Perfect for vacation or work!

The Lake House, eclectic retreat close to YS!

Lake view, firepit, fireplace, coffee bar, bike path access, walking distance to the historic town of Xenia with shopping and local eateries. Near Yellow Springs, Clifton Mill, Greene County Expo Center, Waynesville. Cozy, tastefully decorated 2 bedroom private home overlooking beautiful park with playground and lake in the historic town of Xenia. Completely renovated. The Lake House is centrally located between Yellow Springs, Caesar's Creek, Waynesville, WPAFB, and Dayton, Ohio.

A true home away from home to share with you! Our newly renovated ranch house has modern upgrades which make relaxing, visiting or working more enjoyable! Some features include smart keyless entry, a reverse osmosis drinking dispenser, smart TV's, work station with a large monitor and new luxury mattresses! Centrally located for quick access to WPAFB, Wright State, UD, Nutter Center, The Greene shopping center, Movie Theaters, the Creekside Trail bike path and most major highways!

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

Ivory House by the Meadows

Relax with the whole family at this completely renovated, peaceful 1,950 square foot country get away. Three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.
