3 bed and 2 Bath rambler house in Springfield. House located in very convenient location in the heart of Springfield. Minutes from Cox Medical Center and walking distance to Medical Mile, 5 min away from Missouri State University, Springfield mall, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Next to buss line and close to freeways. The home is newly renovated It has a large private backyard for kids and pets to play. Outside of house is equipped with surveillance at all time. Beautiful 3 br 2 b ranch style 1,850 sq ft home in one of the safest neighborhoods in south Springfield. It is located about 3 min to the hospital district, 8 min to Battlefield Mall, 12 min to Bass Pro Shops Wonders of Wildlife,15 min to downtown. Parents will love the split bedroom floor plan with a bonus room for the kids where they can enjoy themselves and parents can enjoy peace and quiet. There is a fenced backyard with a gas grill, a deck, and beautiful shade trees with room to play.

Happy Place

Happy Place is certain to make you smile. A cheerful color palate and artwork make this space a one-of-a-kind find. This comfortable 3-bedroom home is centrally located in a mature neighborhood in South-Central Springfield. Take a stroll down the street to one of the country's first Bass Pro Shops, Fishing & Wildlife Museum or any number of local eateries. The recently renovated home is as comfortable inside and out. Gorgeous 2 bedroom house in the perfect location!

Beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, dog-friendly house with a dedicated office in a scenic & safe neighborhood with 1-car garage & large, private fenced-in back yard. Lots of vintage MCM pieces make this a special stay. Walk to Starbucks, restaurants, and the Battlefield Mall. We are 5 minutes from Target & Mercy Hospital; 10 minutes from MSU & Cox Hospital; 15 minutes from Bass Pro; 20 minutes from the airport; and 45 minutes from Branson. 1 mile from Ozarks Greenways Trail.

Fur Babies Welcome!

A lot to offer in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Ozark Fairgrounds, SGF Airport and just 45 minutes from Branson. Super close to downtown , Bass Pro and the Dickerson Zoo. Very close to the I-44 and 65 freeways. Many popular stores and restaurants close by. Dogs will enjoy the large fenced in yard. Strong wifi connection for the family to enjoy. Spacious, beautiful home close to Mercy and MSU

This large and comfortable 2bd 2ba home is close to everything. Lovely with hardwood floors throughout, 1750 sq. ft., 2 living areas, a large kitchen and dining room, and a spacious backyard, you will have plenty of space to relax. If you're a runner or a cyclist, this house is located right off the South Creek Greenway. Minutes from downtown, MSU, both hospitals, and Bass Pro. If you would like to bring a dog you MUST message me first for approval before booking.
