The flat is within easy walking distance of the Cape Town Stadium, parks, the promenade, many buzzing restaurants, deli's, bakeries and the famous V&A Waterfront. The MyCiti bus stop just steps away gives quick access to the rest of the city. Within walking distance of the Green Point Park & Stadium, V&A Waterfront, Graduate School of Business UCT (GSB), gyms, restaurants, shops, deli's (Giovanni's being a favourite) and pubs. Apart from taxi and shuttle services being available, it is on the MyCity bus route. Ample street parking is available as well as a Free Public Parking Area across the street. It is only 2,6km from the CBD and Cape Town International Convention Centre-CTICC-approximately 5 minutes in peak traffic times. There are a few steps in the garden path leading to the apartment while the apartment itself is on one flat level with no internal stairs.

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Lifts have back-up power and therefore continue to work during loadshedding.
