We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

everything was great, the house is super comfortable, great back yard for kids and everyone, Lindsey was great , would definitely stay again

Eric’s play was unique in the way of the hot tub being on the rooftop. The surrounding Mountain View’s was exquisite! My son and I loved that. We found it to be one of the most comfortable beds we’ve rested in, ever! Blackout shades throughout the into! Quiet and adorable newer housing development with neat architectural design. Quiet, well stocked kitchen, also did have some books & games to play. Parking was self explanatory and the water pressure in the shower was nice and firm. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided as well as extra towels and spa towels. You must try a slice of pizza from the downtown played named Slyced! What a fun place to visit and walking there is easy and we felt safe.

This location is amazing, close drive to Estes and right on the Big Thompson. Sitting by the fire and listening to the river while watching the stars was pretty great. We were blessed to see an abundance of wildlife as well, bald eagles, foxes, wild turkeys, and big horn sheep. If you enjoy grilling or bbqing there is a grill, pellet stove, smoker, and wood fired pizza oven! Overall a very good stay, the beds could definitely use an update, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved our 2 week stay here! It was extremely comfortable and well stocked with plenty of blankets and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked as well. The location is close to everything and it was nice having a garage, especially when it snowed one night. The neighborhood felt very safe. Brad always responded immediately when contacted. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful whimsical place to stay! The colorful interior was just what I needed and the studio provided a generous working space. I loved it so much and felt so privileged to be there, even in the snow. I visit Fort Collins often and can’t wait to stay here again! Ann is a super kind host who was proactive about every need. I felt extremely welcomed!

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

This little apartment is INCREDIBLE especially for the price. It was spotless but still homey, very private but still very close to everything fun on Fort Collins. We will absolutely be staying here again!! Would give six stars if I could!

We have stayed at this location many times and always have a great time! There are great restaurants and a couple of book stores within walking distance. Fred is a great host and we enjoy chatting with him.

Senesa was a wonderful host. Nice bedroom with comfortable bed. Living room with comfortable couch and large table for desk. Fireplace. Washer and dryer available. She provided water, strawberries, orange juice, excellent coffee, and other snacks. Convenient location.

Great place and location. Easy to check in and communication and a welcome letter to the home. Would stay here again if in ft collins.

Leam's treehouse was an incredible place for a little writing retreat. I was honestly obsessed and in love with it in every way. I didn't want to leave. It was super clean and cozy. Unique, with so many thoughtful details. Not generic in any way. Truly a special escape. I will definitely be going back and I want one of these on my property!! Thanks Leam for creating such a magical space that evokes wonder and a sense of comfort and familiarity all at once. Brilliant! Stop thinking about it, and book it now before someone else does.

We stayed while visiting our daughter at CSU. It was a wonderful place to simply hang out as a family between excursions around Fort Collins, Denver, and the mountains. Checking in and out was a breeze and I appreciated the local maps and information. I would definitely book again on our next visit!

This was my second stay at this Airbnb and it was just as lovely as the year before. I was so happy that I was able to stay there again. It is a lovely, peaceful place that is close to everything. It was nice and clean and had everything I needed. I slept very well. I attend an annual conference and like to get in a day or two before to adjust to the time change, etc. and this is such a lovely spot to do so. It is run by a lovely family who politely stay in the background, yet as soon as I requested another blanket, Keri appeared within minutes with two extra blankets., so they are very attentive to the needs and requests of the guests. I will certainly book this place again if I am in the area. I highly recommend it!

Josh's place was just what we needed! It was centrally located and well stocked. We cooked a FULL thanksgiving dinner in there and the kitchen had all of the pots and pans needed - we couldn't believe it. I will absolutely look to this place first the next time we need a spot in Fort Collins. Thanks for a fabulous and comfortable stay!
