Beautiful central apartment perfect for long stays. Located 350m from Old Brewery and Półwiejska street, at the entrance to the Wilda neighborhood. 15 mins walk to the Old Town Square and main train station. Stores (Netto, Żabka etc.), public transport (trams, buses), restaurants and movie theaters nearby. Perfect for work - ergonomic chair, sit/stand desk, 180mbit WiFi internet, 40" ultrawide monitor. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, TV, washer, balcony. 200x180cm double bed + sofa (200x120cm).

I love my appartement and love to share the energy of this place with others. I have many flowers which makes my home even more cosy. Appartement has probably one of the most beautiful balcony in Poznań! No matter the weather, time spending there is priceless. This special place is close to everything, making easy to plan your visit. - it is based on the third floor (four condignation), no elevator - good work out and amazing sky view - no wifi, no TV - calmness & digital detox - no smoking 🚭

Niezwykle klimatyczna, postiundustralna przestrzeń znajdująca się na parterze budynku, w którym niegdyś mieściła się drukarnia. Na tym samym poziomie działa studio fotograficzne, sala prób i pracownia malarska. Do dyspozycji gości są dwa pokoje, duża kuchnia, WC z prysznicem, prywatny taras. W ciepłych porach roku można odpocząć w hamakach na tarasie. Uwaga! Przywiązujemy ogromną wagę do czystości i higieny. Wszystkie pomieszczenia przez przyjazdem i po wyjeździe gości są OZONOWANE.

Beautiful apartament in the heart of the city

Cozy apartament with a balcony located in a historical tenemant house from the beginning of the 20th century, stationed in a popular, Art Nouveau district in the center of Poznan - Jezyce, yet on a quite and peaceful street. The apartament has an area of 90m2, which consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the other with a sofa bed and a balcony, a living room with a kitchenette, a separate work area, bathroom with a washing machine and a separate dryer.

Recently renovated 70 m2 flat on the ground floor in beautiful old district of Poznan. 2 bedrooms with double beds, pull-out coach in 1 of them, big kitchen with dinning room and pull-out coach, separate closet with wardrobe, well designed bathroom with shower. 150 m away from the tram stop, 300 m from the bus stop. MTP (trade center) 3 tram stops, Railway station - 5, Old Square - 8. In the neighborhood there are shops, bakery, bars, fancy restaurants, parks, etc.

Unique and spacious apartment in the heart of the city, next to some of Poznan's best restaurants. With a bathtub in the master bedroom, original wooden floors and antique French furniture. Located on the first floor of an early 19th century building on Krysiewicza Street, opposite Dąbrowkiego Park and the iconic Old Brewery, 7 minutes walk to Old Market Square. Blok liczy tylko 29 mieszkań, dlatego można mieć pewność, że czeka na Was spokój i kameralny klimat. W cenie zapewniamy miejsce postojowe w hali garażowej (poza autami na LPG😉)
