We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully set up and felt just like home—clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and the chance to enjoy the surrounding wildlife.

Kate's space was the perfect weekender for us to escape the daily grind! In a gorgeous bush setting, with lots of beautiful nature walks to keep us occupied. The cottage was so cosy and homely, as was our wonderful host Kate, brimming with helpful local recommendations and just a message away if ever we needed anything. Can't recommend this stay enough 😊

We were visiting Maldon for a family reunion. We especially enjoyed our stay at Bowes cottage as my Bowe ancestors actually built the cottage in the 1850's and my father grew up there with his family. My grandmother owned the cottage until she passed away in 1966. Tess's parents bought the cottage and it has been in her family since. It holds fond memories for me as my family spent many holidays visiting my grandmother. It was so nice to see the renovations that Tess and Alan have made to the place. Especially the inside toilet and bathroom and electricity! It is a very peaceful and we enjoyed a wood fire experience. The garden fills with all sorts of birds and I think we heard a few possums scurrying along the roof. Also great for stargazing fanatics. Tess welcomed us at the cottage when we arrived. It was so nice to meet her and talk about my memories of the house. A wonderful few days for us. Being pet friendly we were able to bring our dog who enjoyed the spacious garden.

We were so impressed as a family how awesome this placed would be, the kids played Pool, ping pong, took advantage of all the activities offered, it was so well thought out, being able to bring our 2 dogs was amazing, we walked them everyday and they loved exploring. We will become back for sure. Thank you.

I had an easy and relaxing stay at Neenies on Mitchell. The thoughtful touches and creature comforts at hand, made it very easy to settle in. Janine and Tony were excellent communicators and all their instructions and advice made the stay run smoothly. The location was perfect, with the train station and local shops near by. It was an easy walk to the art gallery as well. Hope to stay again in the future!

Henry’s cottage was a delight to stay at. An amazing place to stay with my Husband and 2yo. My son loved the trampoline, toys and swing set! We didn’t even need to go anywhere to entertain him. My dogs also had a relaxing stay being able to roam the backyard and feel right at home.

This was the perfect private, relaxing, couples night away; just getting back to basics with the special touches.

After a long journey to arrive and have everything. You need was amazing. Anything you can think of for a home away from home was there. Beds were super comfy, great shower and so many extras. Close to everything in Bendigo, amazing we could have our dogs with us. After 10 years of using Airbnb this has to be one of the most hospitable. Highly recommended.

It was quite a magical place! The nature, rustic cabin and an amazing bus conversion. It was super clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need. We stayed for 2 nights but wish it was much longer! In the morning, enjoyed breakfast on the deck watching the birds fly in from the forest for a drink at the bird bath. In the evenings, sit round the fire pit and roast marshmallows while watching the bright starts above. Plenty for the kids to do with heaps of games and sport equipment, lots of outdoor space to explore, and the hammock was a bit hit.
