A lakeside escape in the heart of the city! Enjoy a one-bedroom basement apartment conveniently located on Niven Trail, only a 5-7 minute walk to the downtown and museum. There is also a queen-size bed tucked away into a Murphy cabinet in the living room. The apartment has a full kitchen. Perfect for business travelers, adventurers, couples or families with young children.
