Sleeps up to 8 but ideally suited for 4 adults and four children or 2–4 adult guests. Direct beach access, central AC, Starlink, generator, dishwashers, and in-unit laundry on both floors. Park your boat up to 40’ on the private dock or take the ferry to surrounding islands. Or just relax, enjoy the kayak or swim in the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas. The airport, grocery store and restaurants are just 15 minutes away

Escape to your own little slice of paradise in this charming Oceanside cottage just steps from the water. After a day in the sun, cool off in your private plunge pool or relax outside as the sun sets. When night falls, enjoy stargazing under the open sky. Evenings here are just as special as the days. This cozy cottage offers the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories. We also offer our "snore box", a cozy detached 1 BR with bunkbeds, for an additional fee.

Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.

The view from the open concept living room and kitchen with 12' ceilings is simply breathtaking! We are located on the oceanside of the settlement , just down the beach from Nipper's Beach Bar and Grill. There are three Condo's in this building, two oceanfront and one garden front.

Bright, breezy, coastal cottage located in the main village of New Plymouth. Originally built in the late 1860s but completely renovated and modern. Situated on the main shore road with a view of the beautiful harbour. Minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and the beaches. Air conditioned throughout, main bed and bath downstairs, second bedroom (twin beds, air mattress or convertible to a King upon request.) with full shower and bathroom upstairs.
