Sunset 1 apartment is located 15 minutes walking from old town, 100m from seaside, in quite neighborhood. In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. We have a big garden, where you can enjoy in quite atmosphere and summer breeze.Place is good for couples,solo adventurers,business travelers,and families

Luxury apartment with two bedrooms in center.

My place is close to the city center and bus station and a lots of supermarket and health center and pharmacy. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, it is quiet place, and has own parking place and garage. Apartment has 62 m2 and it is complete equipped. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). This is the place for absolute enjoying on the vacation.

Spectacular sea view...absolutely new central apartment. This luxurious apartment, with gorgeous sea and city views, is situated near the center of Kotor 5 minutes from old town, 2 minutes from shopping center Kamelija and beach. Cozy new apartment with parking

Since 1988 our family have been renting apartments and hosting guests from all over the world. This apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Apartment makes you feel like you are in your own home. Its comfortably fits two people and its located ten minutes from beach. Behind apartment there is small balcony with shade below the lemon tree.

Rent spectacular apartment Budva

Excellent location! Distance to the city beach ( Slovenska plaža) just 50 meters. Walking distance to the Old Town 10 min. The apartment is fully equipped. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee bar in walking distance. Guest love it because of excellent location near beach. Families with kids or couples are more then welcome !

This apartment is situated in a modern, newly built, luxury condo building located 450 meters from the sea and the Old Town. Our apartment is placed in a nice and quiet location while surrounded by a green oasis and still in the proximity of the city's center and the marina.
