Welcome to the Blue Pearl Lower Duplex! Located on Sunset Beach in Moclips WA, 17 miles north of Ocean Shores, on a secluded street with about a dozen homes. This one bedroom unit, about 700sf, offers a view for miles! You can enjoy it from the comfort of your deck, living room or kitchen. Walk merely 70 steps to the sandy beach using the maintained beach access trail directly in front of the home. There is a wooden bridge and 7-8 uneven stairs. This stylish one-bedroom 3rd floor condo (with elevator) is located at the west end of building 12 at the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a partial ocean view and also looks over the State Park. It is a very short walk to the beach and ocean front path and also close to the pool area and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (open mid-May to September) while the hot tub is open all year. We allow early check-in if the unit is ready!
