Pay if/when you use them. Life jackets must be worn when operating kayaks. Life jackets are in dock box. Kayaks for DAY use only. Kayaks not for rent if water temp. is below 65F. Close to Indian Rock golf course, movie theater, bowlng alley, grocery stores, marinas and several restaurants. Upper deck has a large gas blackstone and plenty of seating to enjoy incredible sunsets in our cove, all on a wooded 1.5 acre of property. The private dock provides the perfect place to swim , fish or just relax with 20 ft water depth.

The cabin, we call "The Cat House", is located on the quieter side of the lake, so you can avoid a lot of the massive boat waves and hustle & bustle seen in other areas. It is located on the 47 mm of the Osage. It has a private dock with two slips and 2 PWC lifts. It is perfect for a small family or small group of friends that want to relax and enjoy the view, fish or swim.
