It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. We live here and sometimes you will find little messes! The mower out or a busy driveway! We always work to accommodate for you!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

If you need a place for business, airport transits, concerts, visiting family, we have the place for you!

We offer 135 lineal feet of sandy beach and some incredible sunsets. Shopping: Frisco the cowboy's sport stadium, Legacy west ,Grandview in The Colony , and PGA are close by. Antiquing: downtown Denton or Mckinney Tx. Or just hang out and relax. How about some fishing. Enjoy the firepit with friends.
