Always great to come back to when in town. Beautiful home and a terrific host.

Awesome stay! My daughter and I used this place for the weekend. We felt very safe there. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Janie went above and beyond as a host!

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and decided to stay at the Guesthouse. The location is perfectly situated between Grand Park and Kokomo locations. The farm is beautiful and quiet. The hosts were extremely responsive. We were able to meet them when we arrived and they allowed our kids to watched them feed the animals (pig and chickens). We loved our stay and when we are back in the area for our next tournament, I hope this house is available!

Very clean and comfy with lots of thoughtful amenities for anyone staying. I enjoyed my stay and my pup enjoyed the fenced in backyard. There was a public utility working in the back alleyway and the host was responsive and communicated quickly to ensure no interruptions of any services during my stay. The main road and neighbor's dog are a little noisy during typical sleep hours but that is not the fault of the host, just keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Ashley’s home worked out great for our family’s 4-day trip to Muncie. The house and amenities were exactly as described and the home was super clean when we arrived. The WiFi and smart tvs worked great and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to make meals. The game room was a huge plus, and we had fun playing air hockey and foosball with our boys. The neighborhood is quiet, seemed very safe, and conveniently located. Would absolutely rent again.

A lovely little place to stay with much more room and privacy than a hotel. Walkable to town shops, the river trail, and the park. We enjoyed our stay.

Very safe neighborhood. Very comfortable beds!! Bathroom was a little on the old side and unfortunately only one ( which we knew) but we just planned better for use. Very reasonable especially for graduation weekend !!

We were in town for a graduation and this house served as our hub. It was simply perfect!!! So much space!!!! It was exactly as pictured. The open, huge kitchen was really great - drawers are all labeled and it is stocked so well!!!! It even has a cute little playroom off the living room if you are bringing little ones! Staci was super responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet and the backyard was large and quiet! I wish it did not rain so we could have enjoyed more. We rented this house and the cute garage cottage behind and it worked out perfect for us. We were 5 minutes away from the arena for graduation at Ball State! This stay and experience was a big part of our graduation memory and we are really grateful for it, thanks for the great service and stay!!! We hope to stay again someday!

While we had to cancel our stay right after we got there we could not of been more happy. Very clean, great location and private. Christa was very understanding and worked with me through all of this. She is quick to respond and kind.

Gil was an excellent host! He answers questions and issues quickly. The only issues had to do with extending our stay! This place was centrally located to both locations I was visiting. I stayed for six weeks. The apartment is everything you need for an extended stay!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The home was fully decorated and furnished. A real home. Not stark and cold like many airbnbs. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfy with nice linens. Lots of lamps for warm lighting. The kitchen had everything a normal home would have. The fact that Julie lives down the street gave me an added sense of security. I wish I could have stayed longer.

It was an amazing place, i stayed for 2 weeks and i enjoyed it a lot, everything was as described, definitely stay again.

We rented this apartment do to being in Muncie for my sister‘s graduation and it was perfect. It was 6 minutes from campus but just far enough that it didn’t have a ton of traffic going past it. It was a very clean and cute and accommodating. Cedric was extremely helpful with all of my questions and reach out immediately when responding overall, I enjoyed the apartment very much and when we are at Muncie again, I will be looking forward to staying there again.

This was our second stay at Tiffany's. The first time my wife made the reservation. It is a clean, quaint, quiet apartment in historic downtown Tipton. The apartment is well maintained and provided the perfect environment for our one night stay while we visited friends and family. It is within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Tipton is one of the cleanest towns I can remember staying in. We will definitely stay here again if it is available.

My daughter and I wanted to see the Bob Ross museum. We had a great time. It was available for one night which you can't find all the time. There's is a nice park across the street. We were a 5 minute drive from restaurants and town. Bonus, there was sling TV and I was able to waych NCAA games.
