Öland - Beach Living in Byrum Sandvik for Two

This Beach House for 2 people is located at one of the most beautiful sand beaches in Sweden, the stunning Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch the sunset over the ocean and the island of the Blue Virgin (Blå Jungfrun). Walking distance to the unique rock formations "Raukarna". Swimming, Hiking, biking, jogging at your door step. Many golf courses nearby. The guest house is located on a large property about 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house, which is occasionally occupied.

En lantlig och mysig stuga på Öland – med egen uteplats, grill, pergola och utsikt över ängar. Stugan ligger i kanten av vår privata trädgård – ibland kan du se oss på håll, men vi respekterar din vistelse 🌿 Totalrenoverad i gammaldags stil med ett sovrum och litet sovloft. 1000m till vattnet och 9 min till Ölandsbron. Nära naturen, men ändå nära centrum. Obs: Låg takhöjd (2 m) i sovrum och badrum. Inget separat vardagsrum – endast det som syns på bilderna. Liten MEN otroligt mysig 🫶🏼

Apartment with sea view in Byxelkrok on Öland

In Byxelkrok's marina is this fresh two-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. From the house down to the beach it is only few meters. The apartment is located on the second floor and offers a fantastic sea view over Kalmarsund. Byxelkrok - in northern Öland - is a paradise for everyone who loves the sea and the pleasant life that the ferry port and the guest harbor offer. Byxelkrok has a large selection of restaurants, there is also a grocery store and small shops in the boathouses.

En nyrenoverad stuga i byn Störlinge, på östra sidan av Öland. Fräscht och ljust med nya möbler och inredning Här är det nära till hav och natur. Även till fina badplatser och fågelreservat. Mellan stugan och havet är det en promenad på ca 30-40 min och ca 3km. Perfekt promenad eller joggingtur. Stugan har ett lugnt och fint läge med nya utemöbler och solstolar. Ett perfekt ställe att utforska Öland ifrån. Här är det så rogivande och avstressande. Varmt välkomna och känn er som hemma.

Summerhouse ocean view - Eco Friendly

Fully equipped summerhouse with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ~ 20 min by car. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.

Stuga vid havet uthyres

Mycket fin stuga med exklusivt läge i Mönsterås skärgård, uthyres veckovis eller efter överenskommelse. Stugan är fridfullt belägen med egen brygga, stor naturtomt med havet som närmsta granne. Huset är 54 kvm + sovloft och är trivsamt att bo i året runt. 1 rum och kök/allrum, 4+2 bäddar. Kyl, frys diskmaskin micro, ugn, vedeldad kamin och TV. Fräscht badrum med tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Möjlighet finns att hyra mindre rodd- / motorbåt, kanot och kajak.

Mysig gäststuga med närhet till havet

Fint gästhus i Påskallavik uthyres, som ligger 9 km söder om Oskarshamn. Gästhuset ligger i anslutning till vårt hus. Det är gångavstånd till havet och matbutik (Coop). Nere vid hamnen finns även ett hamnkafé, med generösa öppettider samt ett gästgiveri där det serveras mat. För er som är golfintresserade ligger Oskarshamns attraktiva golfbana med stor nybyggd restaurang endast 10 minuter härifrån. Guidade kajakturer kan erbjudas mot extra avgift.

Beläget vid Stenkusten på nordvästra Öland hittar ni vårt paradis. Här står natur, hav och lugn i fokus. Ett modernt boende inrett med design klassiker och naturnära material. För oss är mat och familj prioritet och därför har huset generösa och välkomnande umgängesytor utomhus som väl som inomhus. Med vackra omgivningar, närheten till Borgholm, spännande utflyktsmål och det charmerade Djupvik är platsen både unik och otroligt lätt att förälska sig i.

Cosy holiday cottage in nature reserve

Experience the beautiful nature reserve Lövö. An island with walking trails, fishing grounds, woods and several bridges. The area has a diverse animal habitat. You will stay in a traditional Swedish cottage with a fantastic view over fields. The cabin has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a toilet. Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.

Havsnära fritidshus.

Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan? Hjärtligt välkomna.

The cottage is close to the beach and bicycle distance to Byxelkrok. Outdoor furniture in teak and barbecue on large plot. Newly renovated bathroom with soap. Small but functional kitchen in trinett model. My accommodation accommodates couples. The cottage is fresh and homely. Bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included.
