Greilickville Brother's farm house on Brewery Creek. New 6 person hot tub. On TART walking/biking trail, 3 blocks to Ice Cream shop. 1/2 mile to the bay-beach/park. 3 miles to downtown TC. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with showers. Central air. Well equipped kitchen. Smart tv w/cable. Char grill & fire pit. Quiet neighborhood, no parties, no events or loud music. 6 people max in the hot tub area at one time. Quiet hours 9pm-9am. 6 vehicles max parking, no parking on street. License # 2026-55

Unique & Comfortable Home Away from Home

Our house is conveniently located a 1/4 mile from Traverse City State Park, 1/2 mile from TART and 2 miles from downtown Traverse City. The interior is unique and tastefully decorated. It has an open living space, connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen together. You will experience adjustable air beds, modern kitchen appliances, climate control (heat & air), a fully equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer. We have wireless internet, a Smart TV with streaming services.

Experience an artistic, adult escape in this light-filled 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with a cedar sauna, gas fireplace, record player, and seasonal outdoor living. I have a two bedroom, one bath home with a fully enclosed backyard in a quiet neighborhood. The house works best for four or fewer guests but has extra sleeping spaces available. I am one block from the TART trail, one mile east of Traverse City State Park public beach access, four miles from VASA trailhead and five miles east of downtown TC.
