WELCOME to our NEW cottage located in Cutler Maine! Perched at the end of a private road, this restored 1760's captain's cottage offers seclusion and luxury with an ode to Maines' dramatic coastline. Coasters' Chance has been in the Moore family for over 30 years, and has finally returned to its former glory with a modern twist. A recently renovated barn transforms this captain's cottage into an entertaining paradise. Positioned on its own peninsula overlooking Cutler harbor, Coasters Chance offers more than just a getaway. With private access to Bold Coast hiking trails, 190 degrees of waterfront and complimentary fresh lobsters delivered by the locals themselves, we promise you'll leave your heart in Maine. UNIQUE FEATURES: 190 degree water views, secluded location, private access to hiking trails, gourmet kitchen, complimentary fresh lobsters for one night, close to Puffin Tours and Whale Watching. NOTES: The cottage sleeps 8 comfortably—with 3 bedrooms. One with a King suite, one with a Queen suite. The kids room upstairs is located off the original 1700's staircase. She is very steep so we recommend only kids & young adults stay up there. This room has two single beds & 1 double bed, each separated from one another with a bathroom. All bedrooms are incredibly well-appointed. Each bed is decked out in the usual Moore House upgrades: a mattress topper and luxury linens that you’ll wish you could take home with you. The large barn conversion & main bedroom upstairs are not winterized. We suggest from Oct 1st onwards that the house only sleeps 6 unless the weather is fabulous.

The Starfish Cottage private oceanfront retreat on Lighthouse road 1 mile from the Head Harbour Lighthouse where at low tide you can walk on the ocean floor to visit the island the lighthouse is on. The Starfish renovated and has a lovely master bedroom with qu bed, 2nd br with qu bed, 3rd with bunks and loft with twin. Enjoy ocean views, whales, seals, eagles, sunsets in screened porch, master br, on decks, in large flat yard, at bonfire or the adirondack chairs. You won't regret your stay!

Maine Forest Retreat: restored, peaceful home in the forest on the "Downeast" coast of Maine, away from noise traffic crowds. This 4BR 2 story spacious home accommodates nature lovers, families, and small groups for retreats or visits to our scenic area. The downstairs provides a large, open central area for playing, yoga, and socializing, with flexible, easily moveable furniture to accommodate different activities. 3 miles to Cobscook Inst, 12 to Lubec or Machias, 30 to Eastport, 45 to Calais.

Walk-out second story deck overlooks large side-yard and has table, umbrella, and chairs for outside dining or simply enjoying the day. Private entrance and off-street parking. Well-equipped kitchen w/ refrigerator/freezer, Keurig, kettle, toaster oven, cookware, knives, utensils, dinnerware. Large closet with vacuum and heater.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this cozy Coffee House above the very popular Newtons Mercantile & Cafe. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of cafe life or check out the fishermen hard at work in the trap yard. It's sure to be a genuine Grand Manan experience here!

Relax in nature at this peaceful log cabin on the ocean. Perfect romantic getaway for couples or a great family friendly retreat! This cozy log cabin is located *right* on the waterfront, only set back a few yards from the gorgeous views overlooking Canada's Deer Island. Spend your days relaxing outside on the ~1 acre property or around the fire-pit, have a picnic on the rocks overlooking the water at high tide, or explore the wide variety of ocean critters that can be found at low tide.

Little Green Cottage

The Little Green Cottage is a peaceful location, on the edge of a calm river, where you can frequently see turtles and frogs. Truly a place to see the night sky and experience nature. Acadia is a little over 2 hours away. Quoddy Head State Park and Campobello Island (Canada - bring your passport), is within 30 minutes. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We just added an office shed for those who have to work on vacation. Additional fee to rent so please request in the booking.

Spectacular Sandy Beach House

RELAX at this tranquil getaway! Enjoy your private sandy beach, FREE kayak use, miles of oceanside trails, and four local lighthouses. The views from living room and master bedroom are exceptional! Sparkplug lighthouse is to your left and West Quoddy, a short walk to your right. Canada’s Campobello and Grand Manan islands are also in view. The house has three bedrooms: two king size, one queen and two full bathrooms, one ADA. An additional rental is also available if you need more space.

Whistle Cove Rental Home

Escape to Grand Manan! This family friendly rental has 3 bedrooms, and a rec room to sleep 8-9 people. Catch the sunrise from the deck, main bedroom or living area, watch the ferries come and go during your day, and walk the Whale Cove Trail accessible from the side of the property. Ending the day with catching the sunset 5 minutes away at Long Eddy Point and a soak in the jetted tub. The perfect base for families and friends who love nature, hiking and the ocean breeze.

With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. We welcome your pets and your children :)
