Enjoy the fresh country air while relaxing on one of the three porches, hiking the 23 acre woods, or taking the paddle boat across the two acre lake.

Nestled within a ten-acre wooded property, Sugar Creek Cabin offers a peaceful getaway for up to 12 guests. Take a stroll through the woods, have a few drinks by the fire pit or on the dock by the pond, or spend the evening relaxing in the hot tub while gazing at the night sky. Step inside the newly renovated rustic living space and cozy up by the crackling fire while playing board games or jamming all night to karaoke. This historic structure was originally a 2-story log home built in 1813. The home was used as an Inn or tavern along the Old Federal Road leading from Columbus to Springfield. In 2020, the decision was made to disassemble the second floor of the original cabin and then reassemble it on a new foundation with walk-out basement. This rebuilt cabin overlooks Deer Creek and a 50 plus acre wetlands area. The property is 1 mile from I-70 and is only a 30-minute drive to Columbus, OH.
