You will love staying at the base of the Colorado National Monument in our wonderfully comfy and well-stocked 3100 sf home that sleeps 10. It is on 2-acres with incredible 360-degree views, a hot tub, and is a great value! This spacious house has room for everyone to spread out. It is across from the Tiara Rado Golf Course, within walking distance to many hiking/mountain biking trails, the CO river, and is a short drive to Powderhorn Mtn Resort for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.

Cozy, convenient lodging in a very safe neighborhood adjacent to Fruita Middle School. Back yard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence and gated. King and Queen beds with memory foam mattress - great night sleep. New large screen Smart TV. Internet at 278 MBS. Washer/dryer, AC, dishwasher, full-size fridge/stove in newly remodeled kitchen. All the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare great meals on your own. New carpet, outdoor shower, and tile throughout.

LOCATION LOCATION! Fully professionally remodeled downtown gem! This three bedroom, three bathroom home has it all! Two upstairs bedrooms boast super comfortable king-sized beds in each room while the well-lit and completely finished and remodeled basement suite has its own full bathroom, two twin beds, and a walk-in closet. Relax on Rood is located on a spacious corner lot with a wonderful freshly landscaped grassy backyard - equipped with a hot tub and a corn hole set!

Great home away from home! Great downtown 3 bedroom home, 1 full bath home with an enclosed front porch and covered back patio! Large kitchen and laundry. Large living space with tv and wi-fi. A stone's throw to downtown ~ Walk to the largest street outdoor art exhibit on Main St., farmer's market in summer, festivals, Avalon theater, Restaurants, Bars and downtown shopping! Mountain biking & Monument close! Very clean and comfortable! Great reviews for a reason!
