The interior has a rustic yet refined decor with exposed beams and large windows which frame the ever changing waters of Lake Champlain. Every moment here is a chance to connect with nature and rejuvenate the spirit.

Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Waterfront Cottages at Wally’s Point

Ideal location in South Hero with direct lakeside access (Lake Champlain) with small beach. 30 mins to Burlington. Property has two lakeside cottages - both are included in rental. Studio only available through end of October. Large cottage: 2 bed, 2 bath, large living room, full kitchen, sleeps up to 6, with 2 people in the living room on pull out couch. Studio cottage: full kitchen, full bath, pull out couch which sleeps 2, washer and dryer. Both cottages have WiFi and smart TVs.

Relax at this serene house on Lake Champlain. Located off a quintessential Vermont dirt road you'll find beautiful western views of Pelots Bay. The bay is quiet, perfect for paddle boarding and also home to some of the best bass fishing in the country. The spacious yard has a hammock and tree swing, lovely for reading a book or relaxing with a glass of wine. The back deck overlooks the lake with rocking chairs and a hot tub. The patio has a built in fire pit, perfect for s'more making.

Located at the end of a narrow dead-end driveway right on Keeler Bay in South Hero, this home allows you to enjoy the quiet sanctuary of lake life with only a little over two miles between you and in-town convenience.

Nestled in a quiet riverside neighborhood, our digs offer a fun spot for reconnecting friends and families, writers, artists, and scholars desiring creative time or spiritual retreat, or business travelers needing work space. The public boat dock and launch is a short walk down the lane to the river. Conveniently located one exit from Burlington; 16 minutes from BTV airport. Lake swimming beach, hiking, and a winery area all nearby!

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
