The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge and includes an 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The cabin is nestled to the back of the 3.6 acres of a private wooded land with a short walk to the all sport lake. The updated home features two bedrooms, sleeping loft, family room, washer/dryer, all the amenities of home. Enjoy the 160 ft of lakefront off our private dock. We have 2 kayaks, a Canoe and a small fishing boat, floaties and life vests for boating or swimming. Enjoy a day at the lake, cook dinner on one of our grills and enjoy the evening by the firepit.

Enjoy your own private waterfront on beautiful Crystal Lake! Our updated, 768 sq ft cottage has just about everything you need for a weekend or week long stay! Use our 2 kayaks to explore the lake. It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/attached bench, plus a swim platform w/ladder from May through October (weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides extreme privacy and access to nature.

Our cottage is footsteps from the lake, beach and dock. Only minutes to Duck Lake State Park and Lake Michigan beaches. Perfect for a great getaway to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. It’s not just a summer place, come enjoy the fall colors with incredible views of Duck Lake State Park. The cottage is equipped with kayaks,canoes ,peddle boats and a stand-up paddleboard. This is a no smoking and no pets allowed property.
