Our Top of the World Vacation Rentals can sleep up to 6 adults. They come with a queen in the primary bedroom, twin bunks in the second bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, & two queen beds in the overhead loft area. The kitchen provides full appliances. RVs and Camping Trailers are not permitted to park at vacation rental parking at any time. This 1 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen cottage is located at Ballard RV Park, a small quiet park located off I-70 at exit 187, 35 miles from Moab. There is an Exxon/7-11 right at the exit. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. We are 10 miles north of some of the best & well preserved Dinosaur tracks in the world and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
