Today I will share with you my love to the food ,specially the Moroccan food, so join me for one of the best experiences to taste the Moroccan food , let’s eat as the locals they do and eat a fresh food . We will start by a fresh juice of the Moroccan orange or pomegranate , at a Moroccan local spot Then you have 2 choices for the principal dish :Tagin or the Sea food In case :you choose the sae food : So we will walk to the Marché central, and buy the Different types of the local Fish from the Atlantic Ocean and then we go to a restaurant, where they will cook it for us , the could to grill it or fried it ( optional) In case you choose the Tagin : So we walk towards the old medina , to the main food spot , in a Moroccan artisan restaurant we will have the principle dish in the Moroccan culture « Tagin » , that is rich of the Moroccan spices with vegetables ( there is two options, chicken or beef Tagin ) , with a Moroccan salade . Then we walk trough the old medina to the pastry to shop the most delicious Moroccan sweets ,«kaab ghezal» is the main Moroccan sweet , it makes by almonds , and more morocco sweets as «gheribaa » and «Makroot » And then we will walk to one the most locals cafe and sit to enjoy the Moroccan mint tea with the Moroccan pastry . Vous pourrez laisser vos vêtements et affaires personnelles dans un endroit sécurisé. Ensuite, je vous fournirai une planche qui correspond à votre niveau. Ca y est? Vous êtes prêts? Le cours commencera par un echauffement sur le sable avant d'aborder la partie théorique : gestion du matériel, démonstration des techniques pour ramer et se lever sur la planche, consignes de sécurité. Étape suivante : L'OCEAN ! Nous commencerons en eau peu profonde en mettant en œuvre ce que vous avez appris sur le sable, pour vivre l'action jusqu'à ce que vous soyez à l'aise et que vous ayez prouvé que vous êtes prêt à progresser dans des eaux plus profondes. A moi d'évaluer votre aisance dans l'eau et d' adapter ma séance en vous accompagnant dans les vagues. Après la séance, vous pourrez vous doucher sur place à l'eau claire. The Idea of my tour is to offer the travelers something they couldn't have done on their own which is a 100% local experience by exploring the old little part of the city, more like hanging out with a friend. We'll start our tour with a walk around the old Medina which offers a view of life in Casablanca over the centuries, with traditional market stalls lining the ramparts (leather steps, spices, antiques). We will take a break in one of my favorite cafes (if you’d like it) ,with a beautiful terrace to get a traditional sweet and authentic moroccan mint tea. And we end our tour in the highest and one of the most beautiful religious buildings in the world. "Hassan 2 Mosque" A masterpiece of Arab-Muslim architecture. In a century and a half, Casablanca has gone from a small village of a few thousand inhabitants to a city of nearly four million, and has become a major industrial and commercial center more open to the Western way of life than other cities.
