Casa Tranquila is a beautiful home located just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Granada. The home is very comfortable with great breezes from the Volcano Mombacho. Located near what many refer to as “Millionaires Row”, Casa Tranquila is both peaceful and safe. You and your guests will feel completely comfortable. It's a great spot to relax after a long day of sight seeing or to simply enjoy a peaceful retreat from the busyness of everyday life.

Colonial House "La Gran Sultana"

Welcome to "La Gran Sultana", a colonial house rebuilt in 2002 with a patio garden and a pool. It can host up to 12 people in 4 rooms (there is an extra room with a queen bed w/o aircon). The house is located 2 blocks from Main Square. In 2025, we have made important improvement with new furnitures:mirror, beds, TV set and Kitchen equipment, improved decoration in the rooms and the patio +1 piece stunning wooden table to eat.
