We offer 60 courtesy kilowatt hours per night of rental. We capture the starting point upon check in and calculate the amount used during stay. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene beach property. This Rancho has never been available until my New Zealand family bought it last year and reignited its special character. An amazing vista of the sea and pool makes for a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. There is also a full kitchen. we offer pizza on request. Breakfast is also available.
