Livingroom with smart TV ( Netflix, Roku, Crave & more), electric fireplace, fold-down couch/queen bed. Strong (Bell Fibe 1.5 gb) Wifi. A short stroll to the best Cobourg has to offer (Victoria Park & Beach, West Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants). Driveway parking on site for 1 car.

Ammenities include an oversized sofa, extra large flat screen, gas fireplace, and beautiful kitchen. Please note, the owner Russell does reside in the lower unit from May-early January. Decorated with a beachy boho meets mid-century vibe, it's cozy and airy at the same time! The private deck offers the perfect place to listen to the birds and read a good book. The Nook is on our 1 acre, lakefront property, alongside our home. We hope you love it here as much as we do!
