Lovely private apartment. The self serve key-less entrance to the apartment is up the home's original staircase from the front door. The one bedroom has a king size bed and a single cot. The bathroom is updated with a large tub with shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans. The smart tv contains Netflix , Crave that you can login in the bedroom and the TV in the living room has Shaw Direct and Apple TV .

A comfortable, functional space with full kitchen, desk/work area, bedroom with queen bed and double closets. A short stroll to the best Cobourg has to offer (Victoria Park & Beach, West Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants). Driveway parking on site for 1 car.
