Villa Marija

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

This is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with 2 small terraces with amazing sea views and views of the old town.Located minutes away from all the main events of Korcula.Great base for your stay.Comfy,Fully equipped.Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning.This spacious apartment is suitable for one to four persons.Either a family or two couples.It’s located on the second floor of this typical mediterranean house.There is a private garage for parking but you have to contact me in advance.

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

Villa Victor Croatia

Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). The house has environment friendly electricity through solar energy to keep the Island of Mljet as natural as possible.

Osigurano besplatno parkirno mjesto ispred apartmana. Plaža, kafić i mala trgovina udaljene su 100 m od apartmana.

Sandy Bay apartman nalazi se na 400 metara od središta mjesta Lumbarda, a nudi smještajnu jedinicu s opremom za kuhanje. Udaljen je samo 100 metara od poznate pješčane plaže Pržina. Dostupni su besplatan parking i WiFi. Apartman ima dva klima uređaja, prostor za sjedenje, 2 TV-a, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i blagovaonicu. Također sadrži vlastitu kupaonicu s tušem i perilicu rublja. S namještenog balkona pruža se pogled na more. U okolici su smješteni brojni vinogradi i vinoteke.

It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Our apartment is sittuated on the quiet location, few minutes walking distance from the Korcula Old Town and from the beach. It has private parking place. In front of the apartment there is a small garden and terrace with a view to the sea and Pelješac peninsula. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house but it has a separate entrance that ensures privacy.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
