Dear guests, we are happy to accommodate you and you are very welcome in our charming 3 star luxury Villa DOEL with heated outdoor swimming pool. In a Villa's first floor is located 62 m² apartment in a peaceful suburb of the town of Zadar, only 80 meters far from the sea. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.

The apartment has a parking space for 4 cars. There is a terrace in the shade with a barbecue ideal for socializing with friends. Free use of kayaks for guest apartments.
