There is a private swimming pool, barbecue,playing area and private parking.Klima uređaj is in every room.On the ground floor is kitchen,toilete,living and dinning room,upstairs are rooms and bathroom. Suitable for family and it is not crowded.Dučan and caffe bar are 400 meters far.

From the groundfloor you can reach 3 bedrooms (each has airconditioning) and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. There is a private heated pool with its shower, seating area and grill fireplace in front of the house and also private parking spaces in the back. An additional, seventh person can be accomodated on the couch in the living room.
