Oldtown-Kaleici most luxurious suite 1

Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes

Sermest_Stanning Sea View Flat with Terrace

Our sixth-floor, two-bedroom flat has stunning views of the old town harbour and the sea - something most hotels in Kaleici cannot offer. Each bedroom can sleep two people and one of the bedrooms has access to a terrace. There is a small, well-equipped kitchen, and a living and dining area which opens up onto a generous terrace. This light and airy flat is well-equipped and is an ideal choice for people who want to enjoy stunning views of the old town and the coastline.

Conveniently located 1.2 km from the city center and shopping, with everything easily accessible on foot. The home is fully furnished and equipped for long-term stays, though please note it does not include an oven or dishwasher. An on-site manager is available to assist with any needs during your stay.

A self contained apartment, with kitchen utensils, electrical goods furniture and fittings. Wifi available, TV with only Turkish Channels. An outdoor garden table and 4 chairs are provided for your use as well as communal use of BBQ. All external areas of the property are monitored by 24hr CCTV and also there is sensor activated lighting.
