My space is in the basement of my home, bedroom with shower in the bedroom, small 1/2 bath with toilet and sink separate from shower, living area with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kitchen sink, table and chairs for dining in, love seat, antenna TV (4 or 5 local stations), access to WIFI, laundry access and off street parking. I am close to the main business area with many restaurants, shopping centers, Eagle's Lodge , Mosaic Hospital, and Missouri Western State University.

This charming carriage house is located on the historic Henry Krug estate, circa 1872. The carriage and main house are on the National Register of Historic Places. The property is located next to the 160-acre Krug park with lagoon and waterfalls.
