Stroll to Many Beaches Near a Modern High-Tech House

Climb a set of white steps at the front of an all-white exterior and enter a sparkling new architect's house. Double-height ceilings bring in volumes of light, creating an open and airy feel. Large grey floor tiles keep everything cool underfoot. Completed just a few years ago, full equipped, with brand new electronics, this lovely and modern house is the best place to spend your nights in Agios Nikolaos! Just 30m from the sea and a few minutes from the colorful port of the city, where you can enjoy the bright sun of Crete. You will fall in love with this property as soon as you see it - beautiful, modern, fresh decor and immaculate in every way. The master bedroom is up on the cozy attic and it has it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed that can transformed into a double bed. The house is ideal for 3 people, but we can accommodate till 5. The location is perfect - in a few minutes you are able to visit more than 4 beaches. Enjoy! It's a detached apartment, on the first floor of a dublex house, with it's own stair ladder - so no restrictions on access - whole property available. There is washing machine which you can use, wifi, international channels on tv, air condition and a pharmacy box. As a super host, I will be avaliable if you need anything and you can contact me 24/7 on here or on mobile provided. You will be provided before your arrival with a lot of information about the area and the experiences you can have here, so you'll be totally prepared for your holidays. The house is in the coastal town of Agios NikolaosIn, with 4 beaches in the area. Local amenities include tennis courts, a public swimming pool, children's football court, basketball court, supermarket, and a pleasant seaside walking path. In Agios Nikolaos you don't need a car! You can go everywhere on foot. A car is recommended if you want to explore the whole area of Merabello and Lasithi. The house is in the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos, with 4 beaches in the area. Local amenities include 3 tennis courts, a public swimming pool, children's football court, basketball court, supermarket, and a pleasant seaside walking path.

“The Old House 2”, Rooftop Pool, Old Town Villa

Located just off the Old Town's main square this unique and newly renovated traditional house has a fabulous rooftop terrace with private swimming pool and amazing panoramic views over the Old Town and the mountains. The house also has a large balcony which overlooks a pretty courtyard. The house has been lovingly restored by the owners and retains many of its unusual features. The house has a simple elegance but features all the modern facilities you would require for a comfortable stay.

Your Summer Dream

An ideal spot for individuals seeking peace and quiet close to the nature and for adventurers that want to explore central and east Crete. The villa occupies 95 sqr metres and is located next to the sandy beach of Ammoudara (400m). The city of Agios Nikolaos is 5 minute car drive away. It is suitable for couples and companies of individuals offering a beautiful sea view to the gulf of Mirabello. It is located within a garden full of lemon trees and olive groves overlooking the big blue.

Ammoudaraki houses

A beautiful house resort, best for families or individuals for a friendly and peaceful vacation and staying. The house occupies 59 square meters inner spaces, and a big garden yard with local trees. The nearest sandy swimming places are Ammoudara beach (400m) and Listi Spilios beach (250m). Agios Nikolaos town is 4 klm or 5 minute car drive away. With a nice sea view to the gulf of Mirabello and close to the country side of eastern Crete, ideal to explore the Mediterranean nature.
