The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly, you can find everything you need within a walkable distance! Due it’s strategic position, can be a great start point to visit the rest of the island. Perfect for any type of guests; the ones who love to explore and the ones who love to relax! Ideal for couples.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Our comfortable 75m² House is located in karteros and it is a ground floor house which is a part of a duplex with separate entrance. The house has a beautiful garden overlooking the Cretan sea the Port and the airport, Ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays. There is a big garden with swimming pool, spa, free parking and access with a ramp for the house. The spa is available from 1 May until 31 October..
