beautiful property in a scenic and peaceful location!!! had such a great getaway - Michael was a lovely host and prepared a welcome basket with fresh bread, eggs and a bottle of wine.

Very quiet stay in a quiet part of the country - exactly what we were after! The accommodation is a little dated but very clean and has a beautiful outlook over a billabong. Anne and Maurie were very welcoming and we enjoyed our brief stay a lot. Thanks

We had a great experience staying at this cozy cabin. The gravel road leading up to it was a bit rough, but manageable. The peaceful isolation and forest surroundings were exactly what we were looking for, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights was seeing alpacas in the morning, which was a fun and unique experience. The fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere, and while the cabin isn’t luxurious, it has all the essentials you need for a relaxing weekend getaway. We did notice the water in the spa was a little cloudy and came across a few spiders in the cabin, but nothing too unexpected for a place in the woods. A nice touch was the collection of board games, which we really enjoyed playing. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a great spot for those looking to unplug and unwind.

Thanks for having us! We had such a wonderful time! The place is well-furnished, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Our toddler had an amazing time exploring the farm, interacting with the animals, picking fresh strawberries and veg, and enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast. It was such a lovely getaway and farm experience for our family including our dog. :) We would highly recommend!

Fabulous spot to stay. Very comfortable and the hosts were thoughtful to have the place cool prior to check in for us on what was a very very hot day.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very responsive and the place had everything you'd need. We were very impressed by the extra touches of hospitality like the vast tea selection, cereal options, and cleanliness. Thank you! Mark and Kate were very lovely to interact with. Mya was also incredibly lovely.

We had the pleasure of staying at Orchard Cottage just after Easter 2025. The weather was perfect and so was our temporary home and beautiful surrounding countryside. Jamie and Linda had provided eggs, bacon and bread for our first breakfast and the kitchen was stocked with butter, coffee, tea cereal and a carafe of port on the table too. The beds were firm and comfortable with deep plush doonas – plenty of extra blankets in the cupboard if required – but with aircon and the wood burner no need. The fire was already made up and ready to go. We really enjoyed playing in the backgarden and visiting the chickens. Took a few dips in the pool - very chilly (it was late April). Lots to do in Beechworth (but was very busy being Easter), Yackandandah was a bit more chilled. Would love to come back

So peaceful and tranquil! Close to nature - could see the stars on full display, horses and llama in the neighbouring paddocks came to say hi in the morning, bird calls for a peaceful start to the day...spa bath was epic! Bed was super comfy and had electric blankets for chilly nights. The place is super close to the river, just a walk down the drive way and you are right there! Loved it, would definitely go back many times over

This house is beautiful and feels very comfortable and homely. Located in a great spot with lots to do and explore and close to wineries. The kids had fun exploring and we loved staying there.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Shaun’s gorgeous cottage, we felt right at home. It was in a great location - close to the shops, Warburton Rail Trail and only a short drive to explore some beautiful areas in the Yarra Valley. The cottage was super clean and Shaun was very friendly, responsive and excellent at communicating. I loved that I was able to take my dog on the trip with us, the garden was a great size and fully fenced and secure. It was a very peaceful and quiet spot. I would highly recommend.

Loved our stay at Kate's home....beautiful well appointed cottage & we couldn't have been more comfortable. Close to the CBD & a gorgeous stroll to the lake! We hope to be back again as Bendigo was beautiful & our stay made so enjoyable with this accommodation.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay in Chewton Bushlands - with its relaxing & cozy lounge with wood fire, books & DVDs. The kitchen was well set up for eating in. The beds were comfortable. We were only a short drive from the charming Saturday market in Chewton & getting provisions in Castlemaine, exploring the excellent local bookstore & cafes. Finally we appreciated visits from the local wildlife including 2 wedge-tail eagles soaring overhead.

Judith and Paul’s cottage was perfect for our stay in Healesville with our 15 month old son. The property was clean, tidy and had lots of amenities that were important to us as a young family, such as outlet covers, children’s toys, books and tableware. The back deck and gardens were stunning and provided a perfect spot to unwind. In terms of location the cottage is a short 6 minute drive to the Healesville sanctuary, and a short drive into town where there are lots of shops, cafes and parks. We can see why this property would be ideal if you have a dog! We will be recommending the property to our friends who like to travel with their pets.

Such an amazing getaway for a peaceful rejuvenation. We loved every minute of our stay, the hosts are awesome, so friendly and had such an amazing recommendations of local places to see, eat. And, the dog Bailey is such a huge morale boost. We will certainly be back as this place is so central to so many amazing placed around to explore.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming cottage, beautifully styled by Cate. Comfortable and well equipped, with fabulous outdoor spaces. Loved sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning listening to the chorus of birds. And with a wine of an evening watching the sunset behind the gums. Camp fire at night under the stars is not to be missed! The farms location is superb, with easy access to some truly beautiful spots on the river. Further afield there is much to explore, historic towns and wineries. Recommend a visit to the unique and charming Byramine Homestead & Brewery. So pleased we found this lovely, peaceful accommodation that allowed us to holiday with our dogs. A big thank you to our wonderful hosts for providing the beautiful weather. 😆

Sonya's place is just as described. It's surrounded by amazing country. Sonya is that host you hope to always get on air bnb, friendly & very responsive. Stayed 4 night as a family of 4 & it was perfect. Highly recommend for a short getaway for a couple or small family. would love to return with just my husband & no kids as it would be even more perfect 👌 thank you Sonya for a lovely stay

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb right in the heart of Healesville. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and the local shops. Being so close to the main street made everything super convenient, yet the place was still quiet and peaceful at night. The home itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully styled, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Great base for exploring the Yarra Valley too. Highly recommend!

Such a cute little old house, it’s very nicely renovated and feels like home , has everything you’d need, even had milk, butter, jam, cereal, biscuits, coffee, honestly everything. A great location, super close to downtown Bendigo. Would definitely recommend it and if I was to go back to Bendigo would definitely look to booking again.

This stay truly exceeded our expectations. The peaceful countryside life here is absolutely enchanting. Carl and Donna gave us such a warm welcome — they provided clear guidance and were kind enough to chat with us and share the local history of Jamieson, which we found really fascinating. The cottage was clean, cozy, and full of charm, with a lovely backyard to relax or play in. You can really tell they put heart and care into what they do. If only we could give more than five stars — it truly deserves more. And the autumn scenery here… absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for giving us a glimpse of such an inspiring lifestyle

Our second trip to Kester's. It's just so lovely, surrounded by bush and birds, the kids played endlessly, the dog sniffed her heart out and we relaxed! Warburton is great and Kester's place is a delight to come home to after a big bush walk and a bakery pie!
