Anstee Cottage - Luxury in the heart of town

Located a short stroll from the Main Street of Mansfield, Historic Anstee Cottage was one of the first homes built in Mansfield circa 1885. It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set in a english cottage garden with roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. A house has been built at the back of the cottage which is connected by a locked door where I live.

Welcome to our beautiful Mansfield Family Retreat, only minutes walk to the town centre for cafes/pubs/shopping, wetlands & cycling rail trail, information centre, sporting/playground/skate park precinct and Mansfield Mt Buller Bus Line. For the boating and fishing enthusiasts, Lake Eildon is 10 minutes and Lake Nillahcootie 20 minutes drive. To explore Victoria's High Country for skiing, bush walking, 4X4 and mountain bike riding, the entrance to Mt Buller is 45 minutes away.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Cedar Retreat - Semi-detached Apartment

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal.
