Remodeled 1928 Guesthouse with a Pool in Five Points

We have just spent 2 nights at this lovely air BnB and I would definitely recommend for people who are looking to stay out the way of broadway for a more quiet and relaxing stay. The place was spotless and it looks exactly like the photos! It looks a lot bigger in real life too. Great food nearby including five points pizza which was great! Would definitely stay again.

The location for the price almost can’t be beat, you can walk to fast food or even the store if needed. Downtown is basically a drive up the street, and the residents are so quiet it was a great stay will definitely stay here again.

Cheerful Nashville Retreat with pool &hot tub!

I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. Place was close to downtown and had everything You needed. Parking was a little wacky but that wasn’t a surprise as Dylan fully explained it in his messages. I would stay here again if I returned to Nashville. Dylan is great with communication which is a PLUS!

We spent a few days in this charming place, ideally located a few minutes drive away from downtown. All the amenities you could dream of to spend time with friends: swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, a pool table and beautiful upper deck to enjoy the views! Allie was super friendly and we spent a memorable time

Suzanne and Cliff were wonderful hosts! They were friendly, available and promptly addressed questions and issues. Their property is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the pool house and it was very clean, comfortable, spacious and private. We can’t say enough about our stay here.

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

We stayed at Lisa's for a wedding nearby. We are a family of three, with a three-year-old. We were extremely comfortable. The airbnb is beautiful, spacious, clean, and looks just like the photos. It is an extremely peaceful atmosphere in the woods/on the lake. My daughter absolutely loved swinging, playing outside, and she went in the pool once. She also loved the extremely sweet three dogs and two cats who roam the property. Comfortable beds, beautiful design, and the house smells new. It's around a 30 minute drive from BNA. My sister in law visited from Nashville daily and it took her anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to drive to/from downtown Nashville, depending on the traffic, with the longer drives obviously being during rush hour. Lisa was extremely responsive and helpful and communicative. She lives on the property in the main house and the first night her husband brought over milk for our daughter. Really a great stay!

3 Bedroom Apt w/ Saltwater Pool on Country Estate

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

This was the perfect house for a family get away! Pam was an incredible host and provided us with breakfast, snacks and coffee!! The house was well equipped and had everything you could think of needing! The large family room was such a great place for us to hang out together and the pool was an added bonus! The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds! The basement was the perfect place for the kids to hang out and relax! We would love to stay in their home again sometime!

Amy was an amazing host and very responsive. Her property was very impressive and left our entire group with our mouth open the moment we walked in. The house was very comfortable and spacious, and had everything our group needed for the weekend. The location was also top notch. We were close to downtown and everywhere we wanted to go to. I highly recommend this location and Amy if you’re planning to go to Nashville.

My stay was here was absolutely surreal! I loved being close to downtown Nashville, yet removed from the noise of it all at the same time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, public and first watch are right across the street. Carrie also went out of her way to ensure my stay was top tier. She was always responsive and helpful. I loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future! Thank you Carrie!

The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The balcony was super nice and the location was nice. I felt safe knowing that you had to use codes to get in to the building and such. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The apartment/condo offered beautiful views in a quiet, elegant setting — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. It’s within walking distance to Broadway, and I felt completely safe making the walk both during the day and at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a convenient location!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.
